Mr. Mark Jacobson personally offered to assist me in any way he could when I came to the dealership one day after my old 1990 Toyota Camry Broke down. Tony and the staff's patience, and the level to which Elliot and the manager went to, to not only explain things to me but to get me the car I really really wanted.
